Delivers as promised

Over the past 25 years in business, 10 in large scale fee negotiations, I have used this MBTI approach with great success. Yes it is a well validated approach in the literature. Yes it is usually a much longer questionnaire. Guess what? Their 8 questions pegged me exactly the same as these longer questionnaires. (The authors also recently added a 40 question version to reassure people.). This app has also received great reviews on other web sites.

What can you do with this app?
1 Know your own personality style strengths and limitations.
2. Learn easily about other styles.
3. USE THE 8 QUESTIONS to fill in your own best estimated answers for someone else -- the app does a great job of pointing out how you differ and therefore how to work with the other.

All in all, a great little tool that is well designed and delivers as promised.
